Team

The founding team consists of Henrik Glasø Skifjeld, Ida Husby Swendgaard and Brynjar Grønhaug Rongved, all with extensive experience from building services for various clients after several years in the consulting industry. We now want to use our expertise to develop a service that helps people live problem-free with various diagnoses. Today, our focus is on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is estimated to affect around 15% of the population.

Ida herself has IBS and knows what it is like to live with constant stomach problems. After being diagnosed with IBS, there was a lot she had to figure out on her own, but now she lives a problem-free life where she has control over her ailments and knows what triggers bad periods. A lot is thanks to Noba!

From our years as technology consultants, we know what it takes to build solid, scalable apps and services. We are passionate about creating a good tool for those who struggle with diet-related diseases, and we work continuously to ensure the best possible user experience of the app.

Clinical nutritionists

Good professionals are needed to create a good service. Noba now focuses on IBS, where diet plays a major role in symptom relief. Noba's professionals have expertise in clinical nutrition and ensure that the information you get in the app is as rich as possible. Here you can read how the FODMAP content in the products in the app is assessed.

Clinical nutritionist is a protected title that requires you to have Norwegian authorization as a clinical nutritionist. This can be obtained through a 5-year professional course, for example at the University of Oslo.
