Here are some tips for a successful taco night on the low FODMAP diet!
đź Corn tortillas are low FODMAP
đŻ Some tortillas is OK, search for "tortilla" for an overview
đ± Ready-made spice mixes are high FODMAP because they contain onion and garlic. Search for "taco" under "Recipes" and you will find a recipe for a homemade spice mix
đ„ Guacamole made from only avocado is as low as 30g. If you mix in lactose-free sour cream, you can eat a little more.
Otherwise, just enjoy the taco with low-FODMAP vegetables, cheese and lactose-free sour cream! (Stay away from the salsa that contains onions). Feel free to use lime and coriander for extra flavour, if you like!
