

Many products in Noba have quantity restrictions in addition to an overall FODMAP rating. We understand this can be confusing, so here's how it works:
The overall FODMAP assessment depends on whether the low FODMAP amount is considered a reasonable serving size.

A product may be marked unknown FODMAP content (purple), for these reasons:
Some products also have an automatic FODMAP assessment, generated by our algorithm based on the ingredient list. This allows us to provide guidance on products that haven’t yet been reviewed by our registered dietitians 👩🏽⚕️
While most assessments are accurate, some ingredients may not yet be recognized, and collective terms like "spices" cannot always be evaluated. To improve accuracy, it is important that your images are clear and include the full ingredient list.
